The qualification guidelines are as follows:

*The project will admit disable person(s) who are not elderly. These are families with mobility impairment(s). A
person(s) with mobility impairment that:
Is expected to be for a long-continued and indefinite duration;
Substantially impedes the person’s ability to live independently; and
Is such that the person’s ability to live independently could be improved by more suitable housing conditions.
*All applicants must submit to a screening process which includes credit & criminal background checks.
*As of August 2017 the Project implemented a “NO SMOKING” policy for the common areas. Smoking of cigarettes,
cigars, pipes, etc. by residents, visitors, or guest on or within the Project’s common areas is PROHIBITED.

Number of Units & Size: 60 One Bedrooms Apartment Units; 450 sq. ft.

Income Limits: $42,300 per year for one (1) person & $48,350 per year for two (2) persons.
